We are hiring a Technical Support Executive to handle client queries, CRM setup, troubleshooting, and provide technical assistance.

🔑 Responsibilities:

• Handle client support via WhatsApp, Call & Email

• Setup CRM for new clients (Domain, Hosting, Basic Configuration)

• Provide training & demo to customers

• Troubleshoot basic technical issues

• Coordinate with development team for escalations

✅ Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of PHP, Hosting, Domains & cPanel

• Good communication skills

• Problem-solving ability

• Experience in CRM support preferred
