Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and Delivery Terms and Conditions for Software Development:

  1. Delivery Timeframe: The delivery timeframe for software development projects will be agreed upon during the initial project scoping phase. While we strive to meet the estimated delivery date, unforeseen circumstances may lead to potential delays. In such cases, we will communicate promptly with the client to provide revised timelines.
  2. Delivery Method: The final software product will be delivered to the client via a secure online platform or electronic means, unless otherwise specified and agreed upon in writing.
  3. Acceptance Testing: Prior to the final delivery, the client shall be given the opportunity to conduct acceptance testing to ensure that the software meets the agreed-upon specifications and requirements. Any identified issues during this testing phase will be addressed promptly by our development team.
  4. Ownership and Licensing: Upon successful delivery and receipt of full payment, the client will own the rights to the software developed under this agreement. The client will be granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software for its intended purpose.
  5. Delivery Milestones: For projects with multiple phases or milestones, partial deliveries may be made upon the completion of each stage, as agreed upon in the project plan.
  6. Shipping Fees: As software development projects involve electronic delivery, there are no shipping fees associated with the delivery of the final product. However, any physical media or documentation requested by the client may incur additional shipping charges, which will be communicated before shipping.
  7. Delivery Confirmation: Upon successful delivery of the software, the client shall provide written confirmation of receipt and acceptance. If no communication is received within [number of days] after the delivery date, the software will be considered accepted.
  8. Software Maintenance and Support: The delivery of the software does not mark the end of our commitment. We offer post-delivery support and maintenance options that the client can choose to avail of. Details of the support packages will be provided upon request.
  9. Client Responsibilities: The client agrees to provide timely and accurate information necessary for the completion of the software development project. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client may result in a corresponding extension of the delivery timeframe.
  10. Force Majeure: Neither party shall be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of their obligations under this agreement if such failure or delay is due to causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, strikes, labor disputes, or governmental actions.

By engaging in our software development services, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Shipping and Delivery Terms and Conditions. These terms are subject to change without prior notice, and any modifications will be communicated to the client in writing.
